Supporting the mission critical team and ensuring they have what they need to succeed is Roger’s main responsibility.

Before joining the Batchelor & Kimball team in 2014, Roger spent 20+ years self-employed in the home improvement space. Shortly after obtaining his Bachelor of Engineering from Oklahoma State University, he joined B&K as a project manager, bringing his dedication, determination, and open mind to learning the business. He has since advanced through the company to becoming the director of mission critical in 2023. 

Part of Roger’s role is developing B&K’s presence in Oklahoma, and he is most proud of the local team he has been able to mentor and work alongside throughout his time at B&K. His team is Roger’s favorite part of his job. They motivate him to do his best and are what keep him going every day.  It is his goal to make sure all employees have the support and tools needed to be successful as well-prepared and equipment staff translate to successful projects.  

When he’s not at work, Roger loves building miscellaneous items for his home. He also enjoys the outdoors and spending time with my family.
