This means spearheading strategic marketing initiatives that authentically engage the target audience, driving brand awareness, and ultimately fueling sustainable growth.
Beyond managing the company’s internal & external communications, social media strategy, graphic design, and events, Jessica is also involved in workforce development initiatives, and community & employee engagement. She participates in business development campaigns, including proposal writing, exhibiting, and sponsorship coordination.
Jessica began her marketing career over a decade ago in Canada, first in economic development and then in legal marketing. After moving to the US in 2019, she worked with an AI software company, and finally moved on to her “home” at B&K. While there are many things to love about the company, her favorite by far is the endless opportunity for growth.
Outside of work, Jessica spends as much time with her family as possible, preferably traveling all over the world. She and her husband Kevin have 5 kids – Quynton, Raylon, Haillee, Marlee & Carmiellia.
