As Senior Vice President of Preconstruction and Construction Operations, David is relied on to guide our project teams across all verticals from a project’s inception through completion. He works to provide guidance on project estimating, alignment, and delegation of resources.

David has been a member of the Batchelor & Kimball team for over 20 years. He began his career at B&K in 2000 as an Assistant Project Manager. David has since quickly advanced in the company, becoming a Project Manager in 2003, a Senior Project Manager in 2012, the Director of Healthcare in 2019, the Vice President of Construction in 2023, and finally B&K’s Senior Vice President of Preconstruction and Construction Operations in 2024. 

David has extensive experience with design-build, design-assist, fabrication, BIM modeling, QA/QC, and scheduling. He has managed complex healthcare, data center, and laboratory projects with values ranging up to $60 million. With more than two decades of experience managing preconstruction, focusing on system layout and design, David is an asset to any project.

David and his wife have three sons. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling (especially to national parks), soccer, and generally spending time outdoors.
