Ashley is a highly effective Learning & Development professional with a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement. Ashley’s experience in advanced project management and her ability to lead projects and obtain buy-in while driving execution and achievement of desired results, lends itself to the forward progression of B&K’s workforce. Ashley comes to B&K with a proven track record of success with the development and implementation of effective, learning & development programs.
Ashley has been in the Learning & Development world for almost 20 years, spending the first half of her career as a teacher and administrator in the K-12 sector, where she was responsible for facilitating a positive learning environment for both her students and their teachers. Ashley transitioned from education to The Home Depot for (8) years where she spearheaded the development and implementation of an effective, scalable, and sustainable Leadership Development program, that positively impacted KPI’s, and increased shareholder value to the business. Ashley has been with B&K since December of 2022, and in her tenure here has single handedly been responsible for developing an L&D Strategy and framework, creating multiple robust onboarding programs for both the Project Management and Construction sides of the business, provided countless opportunities for employees to learn by way of Lunch-n-Learns, created employee career pathing and a performance assessment program to track progress, and delivered B&K’s very first Project Manager Summit. Throughout her tenure at B&K, Ashley has added value to Batchelor & Kimball in a multitude of ways, and consistently lives by our core values.
Ashley is a Georgia native and is very involved in her community and its initiatives. Ashley and her husband Emery have 3 children ages 19, 17, and 4, and she enjoys spending time with her family traveling and making great memories!
