His forte is continuous improvement, and in a career spanning nearly 30 years, Chris has leveraged technology and optimized processes to help companies consistently perform better.
When he joined B&K in spring 2020, he immediately set out to streamline CAD and spooling functions to accelerate project schedules. In addition, he develops new ways to boost efficiency in areas that affect project delivery – from procuring supplies to fabricating systems to improving information accuracy. He will eventually assume responsibility for all B&K operations.
Chris spent 14 years with Lennox International, where he served as director of advanced engineering, and later as director of operations, overseeing more than 1,500 people. In the latter role, he was the architect of a technology roadmap that guided strategic planning and growth of manufacturing over a three-year period. While at Lennox, Chris achieved Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
Most recently, he was VP of operations at National Cart Company in St. Charles, Missouri. There, he boosted efficiency, reduced costs and improved safety across multiple manufacturing sites. Overall, he was responsible for HR, manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance and safety.
Chris has garnered several industry recognition awards, including back-to-back “Corporate Citizen of the Year” honors in Mississippi for job creation and employee development. He enjoys fitness and outdoor activities and is an avid reader.
