His primary role is to develop and support the company culture by creating training and development programs to help employees reach their full potential. At the end of the day, he wants them to feel valued and empowered.
This involves assessing the core capabilities of each professional and developing training so that employees gain the necessary skills to do their jobs safely and effectively. He also wants employees to have the tools they need to be creative and innovative when it comes to problem solving.
Over his 25-year career in human resources, Chris has led teams for companies in manufacturing and other industries in the U.S. and overseas. Chris has worked with small businesses to help them develop and implement their people processes and employee engagement programs.
During his time managing the people initiatives at Molnlycke Healthcare, he helped the company grow into the #1 market share leader in their main line of business, while maintaining an overall employee engagement score of 96%. He joined Batchelor and Kimball in 2019.
Chris lives in Alpharetta with his wife, Lynn, and they have three children. Colton and Alexa are recent college graduates, and Amara is currently a college student. In his spare time, Chris enjoys every aspect of volleyball. He has spent more than 30 years playing, coaching and watching his children participate in the sport.
